Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time
All orders are prepared within 1 business day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Within Lebanon
We offer nationwide delivery across Lebanon through trusted premium couriers.
Standard delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on your region.
To ensure a smooth and timely experience, customers are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Our courier may contact you to confirm your location or request your live pin; your cooperation in sharing the correct location promptly is essential for on-time delivery.
Please note that delays may occur if the address is incomplete, unclear, or if the courier is unable to reach you.
Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are fixed and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will be able to track them directly through our website. Tracking updates may require up to 24 hours to appear.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of skincare, all sales are final.
For the safety of our customers and to maintain the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.
Every product is inspected, sealed, and packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
In such cases, a replacement will be arranged promptly at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed. Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
